Thank you for supporting Southern Maryland Community Resources, Inc.(SMCR) through your participation in SMCR Dragon Quest 2020! Please fill out the brief form below so that we can get your Chariot Team registered and your fundraising page set up on somdcr.org/quest.

Quest will commence at 9:00 am with each Chariot Team being assigned a specific starting time between 9:00 am and noon.
A "Chariot Team" consists of all people riding in a single chariot (personal vehicle), and who safely fit in the chariot while abiding by the social-distancing laws of the realm.
Each chariot must have at least one responsible adult member (18 years old or above) who will be designated the Chariot Team Leader.
Each chariot team member (age 16 and older) is taxed a $25 entry fee. Children (under 16 years old) participate for FREE! The entry fee may be paid by PayPal or credit card upon submitting this form, or by check payable to SMCR (please include your team name clearly printed on the memo line), and mailed to SMCR, PO Box 560 Solomons, MD 20688.
