Garlic Cheese Drop Biscuits (September 22nd)
No Stick Cooking Spray (If you don’t use a non stick baking sheet)
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Cup Crisco or softened butter
1 Cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
Oven at 450 degrees
a large spoon for dropping the mixture
2 butter knives (or pastry cutter) to mix Crisco into flour
measuring cups (1 cup, 2/3 cup, 1/4 cup)
measuring spoons (1/2 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon)
