ARTS NIGHT (Cooking with Jim – SALSA!)

SALSA!

Ingredients to have ready:

  • 2 – 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • Small onion
  • 1 Jalapeño (if desired)
  • Garlic salt (or minced garlic)
  • Cilantro
  • One Lime (or lemon) OR Lime (or lemon) juice
  • Tortilla chips


    • Equipment to have ready:

  • Can Opener
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife for chopping onion & jalapeño pepper
  • Juicer, if you have a fresh lime (or lemon)
  • Bowl & mixing spoon
