Join Our Vendor Village
We are now accepting applications for vendors and food trucks in the following categories: food, fine art, crafts, clothing and others as appropriate. To participate in this exciting event, please fill out our vendor inquiry form below. We can only include a limited number of vendors, and the spots may fill up quickly. Please see below for mores specific details and to apply.
Please note that we will not accept applications for booths or food trucks selling alcoholic beverages.
These vendors will be located in the Vendor Village on the lawn of Our Lady Star of the Sea Church. This area is a central location.
10x10 space: $50
10x10 corner space: $75.
15x10 corner space: $100.
15x15 corner space: $150.
Food trucks will be interspersed throughout the event, located between the Team Village and Vendor Village. These are both central locations for festival goers.
No power or wifi. Setup times may vary, but be prepared to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m.
Food Truck cost: $250
Kids Area Booth
This is a unique opportunity. These small areas will be given to sponsors who wish to set up and run a game for children throughout the day. Feel free to hand out company swag as prizes! There is no cost to sponsor a childrens' area game.
NEW THIS YEAR! We will have a guidebook full of fun and important event information for festival goers. It will include a map of the town, team profiles, sponsor information, event schedules and more!
