Snickerdoodle Cookies (Oct 20)
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soft Shortening (Crisco)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Equipment/Utensils
- Oven set at 400 degrees
- Measuring Cups (1 cup, ½ cup, and ¾ cup)
- Measuring Spoons (1 tsp, ¼ tsp)
- Baking sheet
- Sifter or strainer to sift flour
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
