Snickerdoodle Cookies (Oct 20)

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Soft Shortening (Crisco)
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt

Equipment/Utensils

• Oven set at 400 degrees
• Measuring Cups (1 cup, ½ cup, and ¾ cup)
• Measuring Spoons (1 tsp, ¼ tsp)
• Baking sheet
• Sifter or strainer to sift flour
• Mixing bowl
• Mixing spoon
